Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. The exact processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with details of your purchase and refund request. We will investigate the matter and work with the relevant financial institutions to resolve any issues. In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.
